Jesse was born December 2, 1970 to Harold "Corky" and Connie (Ennen) Voss in Lewistown, Montana. He married Lisa Marie Olson on July 15, 1995 at St. Luke's Parish in Great Falls. Jesse grew up on his parent's dairy farm in Rapid City, South Dakota until the age of 12. They moved to Lewistown where he graduated with honors from Fergus High School in 1989. He then joined the United States Army where he was stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia as a mechanic. Jesse proudly spent 1990-91 of his Army career in the Desert Storm War in Saudi Arabia. After the service, he attended Northern College in Havre where he excelled in Diesel Technology. After his graduation in 1995, he was hired by Tractor and Equipment CASE IH in Billings until 2001. Jesse and Lisa then moved to Great Falls and where he worked for the Cascade County Shop as a mechanic and Lead Man. Over the last few months, Jesse also worked in the flooring department at Home Depot. He was a hard worker who took great pride in always doing quality work.

Jesse created many beautiful wood intarsias and was also a talented artist. He enjoyed stock car races and fixing up his 56 Ford pickup. His other interests were playing pool, dancing, singing Karaoke, playing guitar and bass, and he especially enjoyed listening to his wife and daughters play piano and sing. Many heartfelt and emotional moments were spent listening to Jordyn play her violin and Janae playing her cello at home, school and with the Youth Symphony and Symphonia. All who met Jesse, saw him as a talented, gentle and friendly man.

He was a member of the Big Sky Cum Christo and The Knights of Columbus where he was a Third Degree Knight.

Jesse was a Wonderful person. His love for Lisa was beautiful to watch. She was his treasure. His passing so soon from this life is truly tragic. Although I know that he is sharing his beautiful voice with the Heavenly Choir, it saddens me to think that I will not hear it again here. So Sorry!
