Thomas Brenden Obituary

SCOBEY - Retired farmer Thomas Allen Brenden, 82, a former pilot, flight instructor, carpenter and videographer who loved traveling and building model airplanes, and was an active community volunteer, died of natural causes Saturday at a Scobey hospital.
Services have taken place in Scobey under the direction of Waller Funeral Home.
Born to Thomas and Agnes Brenden on Oct. 11, 1928, in Hendrum, Minn., Tom was the second of four children.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Audrey Vallie.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Ana; daughters Connie Brenden of Bellevue, Wash., Mary (Craig Horne) of Boise, Idaho, and Tammy (Charlie Cahill) of Scobey; eight grandchildren; sisters Eileen Burgett of Glendive, and Ilo (Donald Sorte) of Great Falls; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
