I have fond memories of Fr. Don. On my first assignment as a priest of the Diocese of Green Bay. . . in the summer of '57 he was so kind to me and helped me endure life in the rectory with Fr. Koeferal, a martinet!!! He had a wry sense of humor, and was an "angel sent by God" that summer. . .and I never forgot! ALLELUIA, FR. DON. . .REAP THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABORS!!!
