Eileen Duffeck Obituary
Lena - Eileen V. Duffeck 82 formerly of Lena, passed away on January 2, 2021 at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Oconto Falls. She was born to the late Donald and Leone FitzGerald on March 8, 1938. She graduated from Peshtigo High School. After school Eileen married Clifford Duffeck on August 17, 1957. She worked at McMahon's Grocery Store in Gillet for many years. Eileen became manager at the Oconto Airport until her retirement. She loved gardening, feeding the birds, golfing, fishing and her cats.
She is survived by her two daughters Dona (Rodney) Maynard of Oconto Falls and Jeanne (Klaus) Ohrnberger of Northville, Mi. Son in law Patrick (Michelle) McCarthy. Three grandsons Bernie, Christopher (Shana) and Joshua (Katie) McCarthy. Two granddaughters Corinna and Annika Ohrnberger and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Duffeck and one daughter Cheryl McCarthy.
The family would like to thank Meadowbrook Nursing Home for the care given to Clifford and Eileen. The family would like to thank Unity Hospice for their care and compassion for Eileen.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home in Lena on Saturday January 9th from 10 - 11:30 AM. The Service will be at 11:30 AM with Father Nusi officiating.
