Words cannot describe the feeling of loss, Uncle Lee. Thanks for all of your advice--on shooting, hunting, fishing, responsibility, truck repair, gardening, fish smoking, blackberry picking,---and the tales of youth--don't ride the work horses, Oankie the pig, the collie dog, the bear/coyote hounds, the pet fox---all combined with Aunty Normas great cooking, and laughter and chuckles from all involved in the conversation. You are home with your ma, and your little brother, and big brother and your sisters---put a word in for me---thanks Uncle Lee--Roger Johnson

Grandpa,
I will miss our great fun playing cards and teasing one another. I'm glad Dean took Norma, you, and I to see Branson. It was an awesome week we shared.
I was very blessed to have a father in law as great, and special as you were. I will miss you greatly.
You were loved by your wonderful family and so many people.
May you rest in peace now.

I have wonderful memories of Uncle Lee, Aunty Norma, and their family that I will cherish forever... Uncle Lee burning more matches than the tobacco in his pipe, the go-cart, that darn sheep, sucker fishing, Aunty Norma frying up fresh suckers, the fish boils, and all of the hunting adventures. I keep wondering what Uncle Lee and my dad, Al are up to now that they are together. I wonder if they told their mom the truth yet about how the roof was damaged on the car that she spent hours sewing back into place. I will miss Uncle Lee's smile, laugh, and humor. With love and respect to my Uncle Lee, Aunty Norma, and his family.
