Patricia Moree Obituary
Sebring, FL
Patricia M. Moree of Sebring, FL (formerly of Lake Park and Hobe Sound, FL) passed away on March 25, 2016. She was 84 years of age. Pat was predeceased by her husband, Thomas W. Moree in 2005.
Survivors include her three children, Debra Moree (Ken Moree McKinney), Lisa Moree and Glenn Moree (Diane Cox Moree), grandchildren Eric and Jade, great grandchildren Piper and Wesley, her sister Kathy Parodi (Atlanta, GA) and many nieces and nephews.
Pat was born in New York City in 1932 and moved to Florida in 1952. She and Tom married in 1955. For many years she served as secretary for the Lake Park Baptist Church and was later employed by Phillips Corporation in Riviera Beach. Her skills as a master gardener were legendary and she especially loved teaching school aged children how to grow their very own butterfly gardens with native plants. She was a long time docent at the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach and an ardent supporter of music and art.
Pat loved the beach, the sun and afternoon coffee with friends. But most of all she loved her family.
Her absence leaves an enormous hole in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
