DeWitt Jr., Philip Edward

Philip Edward DeWitt Jr., 49, died unexpectedly Monday, January 19, 2015. He was born January 1, 1966 to Philip E. DeWitt Sr. and Mildred M. (Jacquet) DeWitt.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and fixing cars. Philip will be missed and never forgotten. His memory will be kept in our hearts forever.

Philip is survived by his children, Amber Treankler (Lee Nicholas), Tyler DeWitt (Kasie), and Ashley DeWitt; three grandchildren, Eliahna, Bryant and Atticus; his siblings, Myron DeWitt (Patricia), Sandra Kadrlik (Robert), Darlene DeWitt, Randy Timm, Rodney Timm, Kim Wendt, David Holl, and Bobbi Jo Laatsch (Randy); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Gail DeWitt, Perry DeWitt, and Kevin Jacquet.

The family invites close friends to a Celebration of Life at Zion Lutheran Church, 453 Rose Hill Drive, Oneida, WI from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, January 26. The Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26 at the church with Rev. Mark Schumm officiating. Blaney Funeral Home is assisting the family.
