XENIA — Imogene Rae Dice, age 87, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at her residence. She was born July 13, 1938 in Beavercreek, Ohio the daughter of Ralph E. and Martha L. (Funk) Johannes. In addition to her parents, Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Robert Dice; grandson: Brent Miller; sister: Marlene Randall and brother, Ronald Johannes. She retired from Spectrum/Time Warner Cable where she had been a customer service representative. Imogene was a Beavercreek High School Graduate. She attended 1st Church of Christ in Xenia and Gospel Training & Outreach Center in Fairborn. She loved to cook and can and travel. She was also a member of the Xenia ARC and the Jamestown Senior Citizens Center. She especially loved her being a grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughters: Kathryn (John) Puckett and Karen (Kurt) Miller; grandchildren: Kevin Puckett (Jaime Roe); Kyle (Megan) Puckett; Breanne (Philip) Hunley and Brandi (Doug) Ruyle; 10 great grandchildren, and a great great grandson; brothers: William (Jeanette) Johannes and Richard (Linda) Johannes; sisters: Jenny Sagers and Martha Jane Beegle; sister-in-law, Nancy Johannes; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 12 Noon Tuesday, September 9 at 1st Church of Christ, 441 Ledbetter Road, Xenia. Brother Bill McFarland and Rev. Andy Spencer co-officiating. Public visitation will begin at 10:30 AM until the time of service at the church. Burial to follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Xenia ARC and/or Jamestown Senior Citizens Center.
