James Gunter Obituary

KETTERING — James B. Gunter, age 74, of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 22, 1946 in Lancing, Tennessee, the youngest child of Claude William and Ina Mae (Byrge) Gunter. Jim retired from GM-Harrison Radiator. He was a loyal member of the FOE#3925 Moraine. He is survived by his daughters: Jamie Dudley (Thomas Jr.) and Lori Webb (Angie); son-in-law: Timothy Webb all of Xenia; Special friend: Patricia Jaques of KY; siblings: Bill Gunter (Linda) of CO; Audrey Coleman and Carol Shepherd, both of Middletown; grandchildren: Ashley, Jennifer, Ronald, Trey and Noah; and great grandchildren: Gary, Emily, Lincoln and Ava; as well as many friends and other relatives. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, April 15th at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. A walk through visitation for family and friends will be held 12 Noon Thursday until the time of service at the funeral home. Covid19 restrictions will be observed.
