Urcelle knew well what it means to be educated and more importantly what it means to educate. Her impressive path from a Kingman classroom to university posts is remarkable. Seeing her each year at the Kingman Alumni gather was a reminder of the power of community. Thank you, Urcelle, for your lifetime as a role mode.

Urcelle was always on a pedestal to me. She is one of my idols. She graduated from Kingman High School as did I and loved seeing her each year at our alumni. She was so elegant and brillant in so many ways. She will be greatly missed. Love and Peace. Sheryl Sollars
