Brian "Ned" Wesley Manuel, 56, of Greeneville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, surrounded by his devoted mother, Jerleen Manuel, and close friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Jeffers Funeral Home (downtown), with the funeral service to follow.
