James Bowman Obituary

James Anthony "Tony" Bowman, Jr., 43, passed away March 19, 2026, in Missouri.

A proud Marine, Tony was known for his strength, loyalty, and generous spirit. He deeply loved his family and found joy riding his Harley Davidson, embracing the freedom of the open road.



He is survived by his loving wife, TeeSee Bowman; his children, Gabrielle Hall, Taylor Howell, Jayleigh Chandley, Kyle Bowman (Ashley Bowman), Aiden Hutson, and granddaughter Jaycee Bowman.



He is also survived by his mother, Karla Jennings; his father, James Anthony Bowman, Sr. (Kelly Bowman); his sister, Kristi Allen (Brynnan Allen) and nieces, Harper and Haven; his stepbrother, Phillip Jennings, Jr. (Kayla Jennings) and niece, Kelsie Hale; and his brother, Lacy-Jay Bowman (Katie Bowman) and nieces, Eleanor and Adeline.



He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Phillip Jennings, Sr.; his grandparents, Cecil and Grace Bowman; and his step-grandparents, Clifford and Mildred Jennings.



He is further survived by his grandparents, Imogene Fletcher and Bueford Fletcher (Jean Fletcher); step-grandparents, Jerry and Jean Wilkes and Peggy Jennings; his in-laws, Roger and Nancy Whitecotton, and brother-in-law, Josh Whitecotton; as well as his special uncle, Jerry Fletcher; additional aunts and uncles, Jonathan Fletcher (Sharon Fletcher), Wayne Fletcher (Lori Fletcher), Jay Wilkes, Arlene Wilkes, and Jackie Johnson; numerous cousins; and many extended family members and friends.



A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
