Keith E. Chandler

Born: January 27, 1943 | Died: March 11, 2026

Keith Eric Chandler, 83, passed away Wednesday morning at his home in Greeneville.

He retired from Plus Mark (American Greetings) and attended House of the Lord Church.

Survivors include a step-son: Gary (Nancy) Spears; grandchildren: Amber (Berry) Starrette, and Wesley Newton; three nephews: Don Chandler, Phil (Renee) Chandler, Billy (Paula) Chandler; nieces: Diane (Mickie) Arrington and Jewel Waldroup; several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Keith was preceded in death by two wives: Jennie Lee Cannon Chandler and Shirley Chandler; step-daughter: Janie Newton; parents: James Rufus Chandler and Lois Morton; six brothers: Harold Chandler, Roger Chandler, Norman Chandler, Bobby Chandler, Randall Chandler, and Teddy Chandler.

The family will receive friends from 4 - 6 pm on Sunday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Monday in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel with burial in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Mickie Arrington, Berry Starrette, Billy Chandler, Otha McClure, Wesley Newton, and Eugene Ricker.
