Robert "Bobby" Cobble, 64, of Mosheim, passed away Saturday at Fort Sanders Hospital.
He was a member of Brown Springs Church with a special pastor, the Rev. Richard Long, whom he cherished.
He is survived by his loving wife: Tina Cobble, they were a part of each other's lives for 29 years; his daughter: Kristen and Greg Rollins; his son: James "Little Bobby" Cobble; a stepdaughter: Krissy Hartman; a stepson: Paul and Taylor Hartman; grandchildren: Jameson Cobble, Cash Rollins, Kianna McIntosh, Emma and Robert Forbeck, and Lexi and Maddie Hartman; sisters: Carol and Jimmy Kirk, and Terri and Billy Lowe; a brother: Buddy and Phyllis Cobble; several special nieces and nephews; mother-in-law: Bobbie Wedding; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Jamie and Bobby Easterly, Dawn Laws, Sheree and Bill Nance, Tamara Laws, Thomas and Chrystal Wedding; lifetime friends: Bobby Jones, Terry Cutshaw, and Cecil Thompson; and special friends: Wayne Lavigne, Jeremy Cummings, his coworkers from BTL and Doehler Jarvis.
He was preceded in death by his mother and stepdad: Eloise and Brad McIntosh; his father: J.B. Cobble; his father-in-law and mother-in-law; James and Gaynell Laws; sisters: Pat Seaton and Susie Gilliam; and special friends: Andy Dugger, Jack Hartman and Freddie Wedding.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Service at Afton. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in Jeffers Afton Chapel with Pastor Richard Long officiating.
