Charley Allred Obituary
Climax Charley S. "Buddy" Allred, 73, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at his home. Mr. Allred was born in Guilford County on December 18, 1942 to the late Floyd Ralph Allred and Mabel Hanner Allred. Buddy is survived by sisters, Bobbie Allred Monnett, Patsy Allred Baynes and husband Butch, daughters, April Allred Wade and Amy Allred Friddle and husband Brantley Wallace Friddle. He is also survived by granddaughters Morgan Ann Friddle and Linsey Nicole Wade, grandson Ethan Taylor Wade, great-granddaughter Taylorann Inez Wade and girlfriend Shelia Loflin. He was employed by Dover Elevator Co for over 30 years and was a member of the N.C. Ranch Horse Association.The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at the church. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Maintenance Fund, 6103 Highway #22, Climax, NC 27233. Forbis & Dick Pleasant Garden Chapel is serving the Allred family. Online condolences may be offered at www.forbisanddick.com.
