Melbourne, FL James Roeder Bullock III, JIII, as he was known by all his family, friends, and colleagues, died August 4, 2015. He was born in Miami, Florida on December 30, 1970. He was a graduate of Ragsdale High School and received his college degree from East Carolina University. JIII worked for Environmental Air Systems, Inc as a Drafter, Project Manager, and Estimator. Later, he worked for Atlas Mechanical in DC as a Project Manager. He was currently living in Melbourne, FL. He is survived by his father, James R Bullock, Jr, and the late Cynthia L Bullock; daughters Megan and Sarah Bullock of Greensboro, NC.A Celebration of Life Service will be held this Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Bullhorn Ranch, 6875 Bowman Dairy Road, Liberty, NC 27298. Casual dress summer attire appropriate. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Burn Center.
