July 12, 1980 - February 14, 2021
Lisa Marie Daas, 40, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at the Trellis Center at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem after a courageous battle with cancer.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, 1900 Vanstory St., in Greensboro. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral from 1 until 2 p.m. A reception will follow the service at the funeral home. Lisa will be laid to rest in Staten Island where she was born.
Lisa was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece, and friend who was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. She loved spending time with her family and was a huge animal lover. Lisa was preceded in death by her baby sister, Kathleen Ann Daas.
Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Joe and Sue Daas of Kernersville; her brother, Joseph "Joey" James Daas, Jr. and his wife Holly of Greensboro; her nephew, Lorenzo James Daas; uncles, Douglas Ryan (Irene) and Dennis Ryan; and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home c/o The Trellis Center, Medical Center Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27157.
