Lorraine Brady Obituary
PLEASANT GARDEN Lorraine H. Brady, 86, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2016 at her home.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.Mrs. Brady was born in Guilford County on May 21, 1929 to John T. Hemphill and Monie Ward Hemphill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland L. Brady, and a son, Russell A. Brady. She is survived by her son, Michael Brady, a sister Nora Haney, grandchildren, Casie Mills (Clint), Matthew Brady a great-grandson, Emory Mills and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brady was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church for 76 years.The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Forbis and Dick Pleasant Garden Chapel.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro, NC 27405, or Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 6103 Appomattox Road, Climax, NC 27233. Forbis and Dick Pleasant Garden Chapel is serving the Brady family.Online condolences may be offered at www.forbisanddick.com.
