She was an activist for peace and equality for all people. She traveled extensively with her husband David with infectious laugher, love and compassion. She taught us to be fully in the present. In the last years of her life Meg was fortunate enough to be able to spend time directly with her entire family from Greensboro, North Carolina, live with her daughter Phaedra and her granddaughter Fallon, she had just returned from a week long visit with her son and grandson Damion and Sebastian as well as just was visited by her son Simon and granddaughter Samary. She lived a full, happy, colorful life. She traveled much of the world enjoying life with passion, purpose and deep love of family. She will be missed. Take a deep breath, appreciate your heart, and your connection to others in memory of her.

I love you mama, I am so glad you got to come live with me. Was such a good time to hang out with you even though it was hard sometimes for you. I love having you here and I loved making the outside yard pretty for you. I hope now you are free and free for pain, I know you wanted to be here longer yeah you really hard to be here and I appreciate that you tried so hard thank you for all the love you gave me for all the dances. We got to share, singing me the lullabies, while I was growing up, dancing in the rain with me, teaching me to appreciate nature and to be kind and compassionate.
