GREENSBORO Nan Harb Ganim, 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 25, 2017. The viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 29 at Forbis and Dick on N. Elm Street from 6 until 8 p,m. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 11 at the Cathedral of His Glory on Lake Jeanette Road. Nan was raised in Knoxville, TN. and was of Palestinian descent. She is preceded in death by her husband, John K. Ganim, Sr., her parents, Hanna and Hilweh Harb, and four siblings; one surviving sister, Leila. Surviving children are Lana, John Jr., Ramona and Joseph; along with five cherished grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Most important in Nan's life was God first, family, then friends. The pillar of strength and compassion mixed with her gentle loving soul, made her the angel that she was. Online condolences mat be offered at www.forbisanddick.com.
