EDEN Raymond Allen Silvers, 59, of 415 Elam Avenue in Eden, passed away early Monday morning, March 26, 2018, at UNC Rockingham Health Care. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 29, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, 6 until 8 p.m., at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home of his son, 503 Long Street in Eden. Mr. Silvers was born April 4, 1958, in Rockingham County, NC. He was employed by Monogram Food Service in Martinsville, VA. He is survived by his wife, Glenda Gillie Silvers; two sons, R. Allen Silvers, Jr. and wife, Mandy of Eden and Daniel Silvers and wife, Crystal of Stoneville; seven grandchildren, Derrick Silvers, Payton Silvers, Kaylie Silvers, Jackson Silvers, Trey Silvers, Avery Hazzard and Zane Hazzard; mother, Jackie Bailey Silvers; and brothers, Ron Silvers (Lil Boulding) of Reidsville and Billy Silvers of Eden.
