GREENSBORO Mr. Rob ert Lee Vaughn, 63, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Beacon Place. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Historic Salisbury National Cemetery. Mr. Vaughn was a proud veteran of the United States Army while serving from 1977 1981 in Germany, and was a member of the Black Horse Squadron. He was a member of the American Legion Post# 53 for 16 years and was employed with Clayton Auto Air for 24 years. He was preceded in death by his father Granville Vaughn. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Vaughn of Greensboro; children Robert Lee Vaughn,II (Terri Carlisle) of Shallotte, NC, Amy Leigh Hundley (Joseph) of Ruffin, NC, Robert Glenn Norman, Jr., of Reidsville, NC, Louise Willis (Alex) of Reidsville, NC; mother Geraldine Jackson; grandchildren Kindell Hundley, Kaden Vaughn, and Kegan Hundley The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at George Brothers Funeral Service.
