Tommy Sullivan Obituary

Tommy Lendsey Sullivan, 75, passed away peacefully at his home in Reidsville on Monday, September 8, 2025.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Evergreen Memory Gardens.

Tommy was born on September 23, 1949, to the late Bessie and Luther Sullivan in Pilot Mountain, NC. He was known for always being the one that could be counted on and always putting others before himself. He enjoyed playing the guitar, watching Westerns and, when he was able, playing golf. He also loved to buy gifts and spoil his grandchildren. More than anything, Tommy was a devoted family man who loved his wife, daughter and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary-Anne Taylor and stepfather, James "Leffel" Inman.

Tommy is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Diana Sullivan; daughter, Donna Trent (Scott); grandchildren, Ryan Trent (Sam), Ashley Surles (Jamie), Emma Trent and Eli Trent; great-grandchildren, Raylan Trent, Weston Surles, Magnolia Surles and baby Wyatt, due in October.
