Your mother is part of my childhood memories at Hampton Heights. She was a lovely woman; thinking of her brought a smile to my face. She lived a godly life and is now enjoying the reality of all she believed. May you know God's peace in your time of loss.

Although I had never met Mrs. Curran, I would like to express my condolences to the family. A longtime friend of my mother, Mr. Wyatt Dodgens (deceased now)told of Mrs. Curran's caring spirit. He appreciated her visiting him when he couldn't be at the senior meetings and bringing food to him that she had prepared. Hampton Heights Baptist is now without two very caring people. I am sure Mrs. Curran will be missed by everyone who knew her. I would have enjoyed knowing her. I like cooking and sharing food with others too, to let them know they are being remembered when they can't be attending services.
Mother and I will remember you in our prayers.
Love in Christ,

Losing my Grandma is not easy for me personally, but the world also lost someone special. I have never heard my Grandma complain or say one negative word about anyone or anything. She was a shining example of what it means to be a lady, and will remain an example and inspiration to me for the rest of my life. I pray that when my time on this earth is done people will be able to say about me the kind of wonderful and heart felt words they say about my Grandma. It has been an honor and blessing to know her, love her, be inspired by her, and be witness to her loving, caring, and positive nature.
Rest now, Grandma. Your life story has come to an end. May we all create a life story as wonderful as the one you have so gracefully created and left for us to be inspired by. I love you and will always cherish the memories of you and your love.
