Bob Nestor was a wonderful friend and mentor to me during the time he and Peggy lived in Bakersfield. We taught together at North and West High. The Lord used his testimony to cause me to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I took up running in 5k races through his example. I am thankful for his influence in my life and that of hundreds of students and friends during his lifetime on this earth. Our prayers for Peggy and the family.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Bob Nestor. Bob was a very intelligent man who had a passion for writing. We appreciate the many years he spent working for us in the Writing Center, at Greenville Tech. May God give the family strength through this difficult time.
