Curtis Sturkie

Charles and I worked together for years and was my first mentor and role model as a professional engineer. He had a contagious smile and laugh which kept things light when work was stressful. He was honest, genuine, humble, professional, patient and had many of the traits we strive for in life as adults and parents and professionals in our careers. I would visit him occasionally when back in SC and thought of him today and was sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers with the wonderful family. Curtis Sturkie, Virginia Beach, Va.
