Frank and family-I am so sorry for your loss of your dad-Charlie--I worked with Charlie for many years @ Tech-with Special Schools-He was one of the very few "Salt of the Earth" people I have ever known- I'm sorry for responding so late-I just found out as I was going him--A wonderful man-whom I will never forget.
