Craig Snider will always be remembered by me as a kind, caring, loving, compassionate Man. He was a true Southern gentleman. Though I only knew Him for two years, I felt I'd known him for a lifetime. I will miss his enthusiasm for traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway, National and State Parks, Hiking, Biking, Waterfalls, Dancing, Beach trips, Fine Music and Art,and His Sports teams...Clemson, Appalachian State, and Lees McRae College. Most of all I will miss his constant encouragement, his desire to be a help in all ways, and his deep intentional and unconditional love. My heart is so sad but I am not without Hope of seeing Him again in Heaven for "nothing can separate us from the love of Christ."

Craig Snider was a light to many through His kindness, gentle spirit, patience, positive outlook, and most of all his demonstration of love. He certainly lit up my life for the past two years and I will never forget Him. May that light continue to shine in all of us whose life you touched. I love and Miss you Craig.

I just learned of Mr. Snider's passing this evening. I attended Elementary School through High School, and was friends with his son Ian. I was often around Mr. Snider during Church Basketball and remember bumping into him from time to time around town. He was always a kind man and it stuck out to me how he made an intentional effort to have a conversation with me and whoever I was around. I'll never forget that. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing, but will praise the Lord knowing that His soul is now in the presence of his Creator. To Ian, and Mr. Snider's family and close friends, I will continue to keep you in my prayers and you will all be heavy on my heart in the days to come.
