Doris West Obituary
Mrs. West was born December 21, 1924 in Greenville County and passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2010. She was a daughter of the late Roy and Bessie Hooper Blackston.
Mrs. West is survived by her daughters, Evelyn Aspray Stegall of Lexington and Jane Aspray Keel of Mt. Pleasant; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and sisters, Shelby Rachel and Judy Blackston of Greenville.

Doris will me missed a lot by family and friends in this kace I'am one of her many grand sons and the one this that I can say about my Grandma is that she always had a positive thing to say about anyone and I think thats why so many people liked her she was just a good person to be around. Grandmama you will be missed my me and everyone.

Dear Evelyn and family,
My heart is saddened for your loss. Ms. West was such a sweet person with a kindred spirit. I don't think I have ever known her not to smile no matter how much she hurt, didn't feel good, etc. I will never forget her laugh and smiling face. I will miss seeing her and you.
