Kristen Staggs Obituary

Kristen Ashley Staggs, 36, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2010, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of Sarah "Be-Be" Simpkins and her husband Jim. She enjoyed lighting the candles at church on Sunday mornings and had the ability to make everyone smile.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, is her aunt, Barbara Skelton and husband Billy; uncles, Tom Bradford and Bob Staggs; nephews, Taylor and Trevor Staggs; and a sister-in-law, Tammy Staggs. She was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Staggs, and her grandmother, Nanny "B" Bradford.
Graveside services will be 2 pm Saturday at Graceland East Memorial Park, officiated by Mrs. Judy Anderson and Rev. Jeff Sager.
Memorials may be made to the Whitten Center, P.O. Box 239, Clinton, SC 29325.

To the family of Ashley: I, too, worked with Ashley in the Campus area for around eight years. She was always a bright spot in my day. Her smile could always brighten up even the gloomiest of moods. My sincerest condolences at the loss of such a wonderful and sweet young lady.

To Ashley's family, My mother worked with her when she was very young, She retired after over 30 yrs at WC. I went to work there in 79, and worked with Ashley in the Campus Area. She was a special young girl with a pretty smile. God be with you at this time.
