Lonnie L. Thacker, Sr.

Travelers Rest

Lonnie L. Thacker, Sr. of Travelers Rest, husband of Lois Thacker, died Saturday, June 16, 2012.

Born in Greenville, he was the son of Louise Thacker and the late Ernest L. Thacker.

Lonnie was a mechanic and member of Truth Missionary Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are his children, Lonnie Thacker, Jr. and Brittany Thacker all of Travelers Rest.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 2pm at Truth Missionary Church with Dr. Sammy Kay officiating. Burial will follow in Coleman Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday evening at the funeral home from 6pm until 7:30.

Aunt Lois, I can remember that smile and laugh he always had wheever someone walked in. He was a great uncle and a loving father and husband he loved yall so much. I love u very much.
