Patsy Elaine Franklin Ladd, 69, of Greenville, died Monday, January 20, 2014.
Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late William Jasper and Berthonia Palestine Roberts Franklin.
Mrs. Ladd formerly worked at Kemet and attended Rock Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughter, Cynthia Maldonado (Tony); sons, Darryl Green (Valerie), and Jerry Chumbley (Billie); sisters, Deddie Drummond and Libby Elrod; seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Derek Franklin and a sister, Barbara Odom.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 24, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest with the funeral service following at 12:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens.

Pat was a wonderful woman that never hesitated to give me a kind word and to let me know she was thinking and praying for me. I will miss her dearly. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you always.

Aunt Pat, we loved you very much and we will surely miss you greatly. Thank you for accepting us into the family from day one. Heaven has gain another Beautiful Angel and this world has lost one of it's best Angels. R.I.P. and we will see you one sweet day. Love from Ann, Daniel and Chris.
