Thomas Fisher Obituary
Greer - Thomas Marion Fisher, 72, passed away on December 6, 2018 at his home.
A native of Greenville County, son of the late Reuben John and Annie Henson Fisher, he was a peach farmer and the owner of Fisher's Orchard and life time member, former deacon and Sunday School teacher at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church. Mr. Fisher was a Veteran of the SCARNG.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Griffith Fisher of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Chris and Tim Salter of Greer; one son and daughter-in-law, Mark Thomas and Georgia Fisher of Greer; one brother, Charles R. Fisher of Greer; two sisters, Elizabeth Ponder and Lannie Durham of Greer; five grandchildren, Clif (Hillary), Calvin, Clint, Noel Salter and Reid Fisher and two great-grandchildren, Levi and Owen Salter.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Mark Smith and Dr. Maurice Henson, Jr. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held 10:00-11:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
The family is at the home.
