Timothy Carroll Obituary
Piedmont, SC - Timothy Stephen Carroll, 78, of Piedmont passed peacefully on March 4, 2021. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended the American International College in Massachusetts, and served in the United States Air Force for seven years. He worked for Milton Bradley Co, Ames Dept. Stores, Casual Corner, First National Supermarkets and retired from Ahold. Tim was a joking, upbeat, caring person, as well as a loyal member of the Augusta Road United Methodist Church, devoting time to Salkehatchie, Harvest Hope, the Garden Club and other acts of service. Tim is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marge Carroll of the home, their son, Timothy James Patrick Carroll (Crystal), their four children, Mitchell James Patrick Carroll, Macy Margaret Carroll, Aaron Ganus and Ella Ganus all of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by a brother, Mark Carroll. A memorial service will be held in the future. Donations may be made in Tim's memory to the AmericanCancerSociety.org. Tim was a true friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. Tim was a shining example of what Christian service is. I remember seeing him along with others putting down new tile in our church event room and sharing his sense of humor while doing that. He kept every event entertaining while he devoted himself to the work or play in which he was involved.

I am so sad about Tim's passing. He was truly such an asset to our church. He gave unselfishly of himself and was always willing to help. I send my love and prayers to the family. Marge, we are thinking of you especially.
