Wesley D. Donald

Wesley Dean Donald, 47, of 135 Crystal Lane, died May 16, 2002, at Allen Bennett Hospital.

Born in Lynchburg, Va., a son of William E. "Bill" and Fay Morgan Donald, of 135 Crystal Lane. He was a self-employed auto mechanic and was a member of Mountain Valley Baptist Church in Saluda, N.C.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Vickie Allen Donald, of Wellford; two daughters, Beth Donald and Ashley Donald, both of Greer; a granddaughter, Gibson Donald, of Greer; three brothers and sisters-in-law, William E. Donald Jr. and his wife Elaine, of Winston-Salem, N.C., Eddie Donald of Greer and Henry Donald and his wife Jennifer, of Greer; a sister, Robin M. Donald, of Greer; a niece; and several nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Wayne Dickard, the Rev. Drew Hines and the Rev. Fred Siegfried. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of his parents, 135 Crystal Lane, Greer.
