This is a total schock. To Mrs Arnone and sons may I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences. We became freinds with Frank and Peg some 40 years ago at Sophia's store in Greenwich. Both Frank and I started at Greenwich BOE at same time, he as a teacher and me in engineering. Frank was a wonderful guy. He always put other people first. Always.

My sons were at North Mianus School when Frank was principal. He was the kindest man and best principal we could have asked for. I think he knew the name of every student in the school! He left NMS the year after my kids moved on to middle school. We were so lucky to have had him in our lives.

He was his father's boy alright.
I was a student of his father's at Eastern when his dad died suddenly.
Frank Jr was not much more than a boy.
Reading Jr's obit reminded me so much of his dad...so committed to his students .
My condolences to the family.

Frank was one of nature´s noblemen. He was Principal of North Mianus School when my mom, Marie Krumeich, taught third grade. She loved him and was grateful for his support. Frank portrayed John Hancock in the Connecticut Playmakers production of "1776" in which I played Ben Franklin. I was happy to learn that Frank remained active in community theater. My condolences to Frank´s family and friends.
