Mary Hutter Obituary

Mary Grace Hutter
Mary Grace Hutter, known affectionately by her sister as "Lassie", was born August 11, 2017 at Greenwich Hospital. She lived for 23 beautiful days surrounded by those who love her, proving that miracles happen every day. In her brief life she brought joy and inspiration to so many, forever changing the lives of all who were blessed to meet her. Throughout Mary's life she embodied the living proof of the existence of God in this world, as she showed those around her how to love selflessly. Mary loved classical music, lullabies, her mother's singing, her sister's laughter, and the smell of beautiful flowers, but above all Mary loved her family. She changed their lives forever. Mary enjoyed boat rides with her family, hikes in the woods, Latin Mass, meals with friends and family, and she especially enjoyed meeting new people and bringing joy to the lives of others. Mary is survived by her parents, Alexander and Emily Hutter of Stamford, CT and her loving sister Elisabeth, her grandparents Gerhard and Nance Hutter of Bedford, NY, Richard and Linda Sprance of Poughquag, NY, aunts Virginia Sprance of Yonkers, NY, and Jillian Sprance of Cost Mesa, CA, uncles Maximilian Hutter of Stamford, CT, and Rudolf Hutter and Kristine Hutter and cousin Sebastian of Greenwich, CT. Mary will receive prayer at her mother church, St. Mary Roman Catholic Church in Norwalk, CT beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, followed by a Mass of the Angels at 2:00 p.m. and burial at St. Mary Cemetery in Greenwich, CT. Her parents will receive visitors at their home following the burial in celebration of the love, life, and memory of their angel. We are so very sorry. Mary Grace may have had a short time, but she had a full life. She could not have been born to more loving, caring ,wonderful parents then Emily and Alex. Who gave her the best possible life any child could have. She was surrounded by love from her parents, sister, family, and friends. And that will never end.

With Love and Sympathy, David and Bonnie

We are truly heartbroken, and mourn the loss of our dear Mary Grace. Her brief life was an extraordinary gift of the Grace of God. To hold her and look into her eyes, was a glimpse into the mysteries of life. We have had the joy of looking into God's eyes for one brief moment in time.
Thank you Mary Grace. You will be in our hearts forever.
