So sorry to hear of Mike's passing!..I was on vacation and was away with no access to any local news..

I worked with Mike for many years at the DPW dept of Greenwich. It was always a pleasure to work with Mike as he was always a very knowledgeable and considerate worker.

I'm also a semi-professional musician, so despite our 24 year age difference we always had a lot to talk about. (We both especially loved Jazz!).

I remember seeing Mike 2 or 3 years ago at Greenwich Hospital while we were both visiting relatives and he seemed to be well and in good spirits. I was so glad that he seemed to be enjoying his retirement from the town.. Of course we got into a heavy music discussion!

God bless you and your family in this trying time...
