I can't believe it's been 6 years--our little group of 4 UConn nursing grads --now only 3--still gets together, though the pandemic has interrupted our lunches--but we always remember Nancy when we get together. We have many wonderful, fun memories of our college and clinical days and beyond. She is remembered and missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. She was my first Sweet Adelines director, and through her I came to love singing barbershop music. We had such fun with the Belles of Amherst, and I'll always cherish the friendships that were formed there. Nancy did her best to "Harmonize the World".

My friend since the day we met as nursing students at UConn till now, I will miss you. I'll remember you every time my little grand daughter uses the nickname you gave me-(Nonnie). Our "foursome" from UConn is now down to three--you'll be missed more than we can say. Our deepest sympathy to her children and family. Lorna

To all the Skelly "kids" we grew up with on Nash Court, so sorry you lost your beautiful mom. So many memories... My favorite is when she had to pull the Barbie doll shoe out of my sister Susan's nose with a tweezer. Happy memories live forever. Sincere condolences and Love to all of you.

Nancy loved all people, and if she could help you, she would. I had the pleasure of singing with Nancy in The Mt. Sugarloaf Chorus, now known as The Heart Of The Valley Chorus. Nancy was a wonderful baritone and loved to arrange songs in barbershop harmony. Talented lady in her music, her career, her teaching and her nursing. Such a gently soul. She always made you feel comfortable around her. Rest now, Nancy, sing down to us. Heaven now has a beautiful baritone.

Nancy has been a long time friend. She always had only nice things to say. We missed her smile and knowledge of barbershop when she left Heart of the Valkey chorus. I will miss our times together shopping, going out to eat breakfast with the girls and sharing our spaghetti dinbers and parties at our house. Well miss you Nancy.

I'm so saddened to hear of Nancy's passing. She was great friends with my mother-in-law and we would enjoy spending time with her at holidays at Daryl's house. She was a wonderful person and I loved her dearly and she was always so great with my boys. I would enjoy running into her at church or around Belchertown where we lived. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. She will surely be missed and my memories of her will stay close to my heart.
Love,
Yvette, Nicholas and Matthew Devoto
