Peter and I first met at Chase and became good friends in the Greenwich community where Patricia and I often enjoyed Peter and Cricket's hospitality in town and on the Vineyard. He was also an active member of the Conversation Club, a small, local group that would tackle a topic over dinner with each member presenting their views. Peter's presentations were always well researched and presented with great flair and presence. He was intellectually curious, articulate and thoughtful, all character traits that made him a uniquely interesting and informative colleague and friend. Our deepest sympathies to the Ness family.
