Working with Ted at Leo Burnett and Y&R was one of the greatest experiences of my life. An incredible coach and cheerleader, his ability to recognize great ideas and champion them through the grand web of "NO" was amazing. My talent blossomed at the hands of this insightful leader.

"Curiosity about life in all of its aspects, I think, is still the secret of great creative people." - Leo Burnett. Ted was a great creative person, in advertising, as a best selling author, as a father and a husband. He taught and inspired so many of us. And he was just about as fun of a person to drink with as you could find on this planet. Godspeed Ted Bell.

I was at Touchpoints in Bloomfield when Ted was there. He always had great stories to tell. Enjoyed talking about old movies, Citizen Kane and James Bond, music, His favorite Beatles album Sgt. Pepper and sailing. Now you can have all the Bloody Mary's you want.

We are shocked and saddened to hear of Ted´s passing. I met him originally when he worked at Jack Tinker Advertising and we worked together many times through the years.....most notably....
