William Hirschberg Obituary
William R. Hirschberg passed away April 29th of natural causes. Bill was born September 3, 1921, the son of Judge William S. and Margaret Hirschberg. He attended the Choate School and Brown University. He served with the American Field Service and U.S. Army during World War II. Bill was associated with the law firm Hirschberg, Pettengill and Strong for forty years and was a member of the RTM in Greenwich, CT. for two terms. He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Kitty. He is survived by his daughters Kalo (Lee) Heldt and Ellen (Jim) Geier, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was a lifelong resident of Greenwich, CT. and lived at Paradise Valley the last 3 years. He loved the beach, baseball, tennis and his vegetable garden. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to NorthBay Hospice, 4500 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA 94534. Arrangements under the care of McCune Garden Chapel, 707-448-6546.

Calo and Ellen - I'm sure you don't remember me but I worked with your Dad for many years in Town Hall. I am very sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful man.
