Charles Ogg Obituary

Charles Kenneth Ogg was born in Sparks, Nevada, on January 20, 1934, and died Thursday, October 23, 2014, in Boise, Idaho. He worked for JC Penney for 40 years and served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 to 1955. He is survived by his wife, Carol; his children, Orien, Kenna, and Mug and her partner Allison; and his grandchildren, Katie and Kenny. Ken loved his family, golf, shopping, music, and a good joke. He loved everything in life. You always knew when he was in church because he was the one singing the loudest. He will be missed by every person he ever met. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the James and Alberta Davis Education Fund, 2206 N Cole Rd, Boise, ID, 83704 and the Wyakin Warrior Foundation, P.O. Box 9924, Boise, ID, 83707. Such sad news about Kenny. He and I hung out from before kindergarten thru High school. Although we lost touch, it was always good to see him at our reunions. We share your loss and send our condolences.

May his memory be eternal.
- Orthodox prayer

Dear Carol: You and Ken never had to ask the Lord who was your neighbor, but were selfless to all. Now the Lord's good and faithful servant is called to everlasting rest, where the voice of those who keep festival is unceasing.
You are both forever in our hearts.
