Public Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Ada's Mortuary & Funeral Home from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Agana Heights. Franklin will be laid to rest at the Guam Veterans Cemetery, Piti.
