Fred, Anita & Family,
Still cannot believe that Rico has left us to be with our Lord. Will always remember and cherish his ever so warm and bubbly personality every time I saw him. Also loved how Rico took excellent care of my friends from the Utah ANG and me at the restaurant he worked back in Sept 2007 during my last deployment to Guam.
Our love, thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. May the peace of our Lord be with you all.

To the family, I personally will miss his friendly big smile as you walked into his work place. He was a great help to me just before I left for medical trip regarding my cell. May our Lord give you Strength and Bless you all for his loss today and everyday. He will be miss by many.

Rest in peace Rico... I'm crying as I write this... I was in shock when I saw the obituary. Rico was such a wonderful person - very energetic, kind hearted, lively, understanding, accepting, he never judged me even though others did. I'm so sad he is gone, but I'm happy that he is with The Lord in heaven. I am forever grateful to my friend Rico who made an impact on not only my heart, but on many others as well. There was no one else like him, he truly was one of a kind.
