Our deepest condolences to the Perez family. We knew Chris growing up and in school, classmates and neighbors. May his joy be great now as he walks along side our Savior hand in hand with his beloved wife. May you all find comfort in knowing that he lived a good life and touched so many....we last saw him on a visit to Guam where he accepted our daughter's Dissertation as a permanent record at the University of Guam, he looked just as handsome as ever and just as friendly as we remember. We are indeed saddened and pray for those that are left behind to grieve his passing on to the next step in life. Please know that we will continue to pray for all and for the love he showed that we will always remember him and never forget.

Kallen & Brandon, Matthew, Helen & Dale, Tony & Irene, Mervin, Guerrero, Sablan, Aguon & Perez families: I am so saddened to see that Dr. Chris has left us so soon after his beloved Dr. Debbie. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. I enjoyed singing in the choir with Dr. Chris and fellow-shipping with them at church. There were times when he preached from the pulpit or gave eulogies remembering those we knew. His speeches were always inspirational and reflected his deep love of God. He was a fine gentle-person indeed that was loved and will be missed by so many. Guam has indeed lost a favorite son.
