Linda, we were so very shocked to hear of Doug's passing. We appreciate the friendship we were able to share with him and still share with you today. Doug was able to touch so many lives during his time here and now God has called him home for a celebration in heaven. We know this must be very difficult for all of his family that he had to leave so suddenly - our prayers are with you all today and in the days ahead. May God bring comfort and peace to your hearts.
With our love and prayers,
Bob & Brenda Slaughter

To the Sears family:
I know the loss of Doug may bring on mixed emotions; anger, sadness, joy and eventually peace. I would like to share one of my favorite scriptures with you taken from 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 which reads, "...the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation." Just know that GOD is with you and will help give you the strength to move one.
I hope you find as much comfort as I do from that scripture.
