Mary Cole Obituary

Mary Ann Malcom Cole, 88, of Monroe, Georgia passed away on October 7, 2025, with her children at her side. Mary Ann was born on June 15, 1937, in Monroe, Georgia to the late Elmer Malcom and Euranah Allen Malcom. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, James Robert Cole (2015) and their son James Robert Cole, Jr. (1960). Mary Ann is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Jenny Cole, Social Circle, GA, and Mark and Jenni Cole, Monroe, GA. She was blessed with four grandchildren: Rob Cole (Milledgeville, GA), Zach (Kendall) Cole (Monroe, GA), Chad Cole (Castle Rock, CO), and Parker (Victoria) Cole (Monroe, GA). She also delighted in her four great-grandchildren: Audrey, Hunter, Jace and Judd. She is survived by her brothers, Donnie Malcom (Young Harris, GA), Max (Jewel Maher Holden) Malcom (Woodstock, GA), and sister Jane (Malcom) Partee (Social Circle, GA); along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, among them, close friend and caregiver Angie Kuykendall (Monroe, GA). Visitation and memorial services were held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Bill Head Funeral Home - Tucker Chapel at 6101 Lawrenceville Hwy., Tucker, GA 30084. Visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, memorial service at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Online condolences may be left at www.billheadfuneralhome.com. Arrangements by Bill Head Funeral Home & Crematory Lilburn/Tucker Chapel. 770-564-2726
