The memories are many and heartfelt with deep appreciation in knowing such a wonderful, lovely and kind hearted person. Surely God WILL comfort you in your days of sorrow. The loss is indeed great, but the reward in keeping the faith and enduring the race is what we all are striving to accomplish. She did it with grace and humility, which is to be admired. God bless you Sherry and Marsha. Rocky, Popsie, Chaney and Launette keep her memory alive in all that she taught you. You all are truly blessed having a beautiful lovely mother.
Sorry Im not able to attend the service but I will be in touch.

To my wonderful family: Words can never express how my beautiful aunt affected my life.In summary,there for me in my youth,there for me in my teenage age years, high school graduation,college years, and my wedding.Her voice and smile was there to comfort me when i needed to talk.She told me she loved me when i had doubts,and she encouraged me to continue on when i encountered the crossroads of my life.I loved my aunt with all that i am, and i can rest assured that she knew and loved me still in her final days...because she told me so. Love all of you!

To my siblings, Launette, Rockney, Larry Jr. and Robyn;

We are all saddened to hear about the passing of your mom, Barbara. We pray that the Lord will comfort your hearts and allow the Holy Spirit to show you peace, and give you rest from the pain and agony of experiencing the transformation of your mom as God receives her unto him.

Please take comfort in knowing that in God’s house there are many mansions and that he has prepared a room for her, that if it were not so he would have told you. Let all of you know that absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and for all of us that believe in the Lord we will see her again.

Remember the Lord we serve is God almighty, that he controls the winds, the rains, heaven and earth and it was time for your mom to rest. There will be no more tears, pain or sickness. You can take joy in knowing that the Lord will never leave us nor forsake us and that nothing can separate us from his love not even death.

We pray the lord will comfort you and receive all of you unto his bosom and arms, In Jesus name Amen.
