News Death Notice

SACKENHEIM, Brian James age 51, of Okeana, Ohio passed away Friday, March 7, 2014. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on February 18, 1963 to parents James and Mary Frances (French) Sackenheim. He graduated from Fairfield High School and received a degree from Cincinnati State. Brian is survived by his wife, Ann Sackenheim; daughter, Hilary (John) Wolsky; son, Maxwell Sackenheim; daughter, Claire Sackenheim; 3 grandchildren; Estella Wolsky, Aria Wolsky, Ryker Wolsky; sister, Lori (Michael) Amend; his parents, James and Mary Frances Sackenheim; 2 brothers, Daniel (Cyndi) Sackenheim and Kevin Sackenheim; mother and father-in-law, Richard and Claire Trauthwein; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at St. Aloysius Church, 3350 Chapel Road, Shandon, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 9 - 11 am with a Mass immediately following.
